The Frog weathervane (amphibian anura) with Lily Pads and 3 flowers is a variation on our Frog & Lily Pad design. The Frog & Lily Pads weather vane featured in this image consists of a copper frog, lily stems and lotus blossoms. The lily pads were done in brass. On this particular weathervane we gilded the flower blossoms so they would stay a luminous golden color over time. Because our vanes are made to order, the choice of metals can be modified at the time an order is placed.   The eyes are made from handcrafted translucent glass. People who order this weather vane get to choose the eye color they want for their weather vane. Popular choices of eye color for this vane are green, emerald, red or topaz.
