The Hammerhead Shark weather vane (Sphyrna zygaena) featured in this image consists of an all copper shark. Because our vanes are made to order, the choice of metals can be modified at the time an order is placed.
Two very creative customers of ours used one of our Small Hammerhead sharks in a very interesting way. In addition to ordering the Small Hammerhead shark, they also ordered one of our Small Scuba Diver weather vane sculptures and a Large Dive Boat weathervane. Instead of displaying the Hammerhead and Scuba Diver on their individual harnesses, we soldered them to the East and West directionals, so that the Hammerhead appeared to be "chasing" the scuba diver beneath the turning Dive Boat! It was a great idea and created an entire scene with interactive elements and a dramatic story line. The dive boat was an actual scaled down replica of a real dive boat based in Santa Barbara.

To place an order, please call us at (831) 425-5505.
At the time you call, we will provide you with an estimated completion date.
At the time the order is placed, a deposit of 1/3 is due. Upon receipt of the deposit, time will be reserved in our schedule. The balance is due when the weather vane has been completed and prior to shipping. Deposits can be made with Visa, MasterCard or check.
All West Coast Weather Vanes are custom made for the person who orders them.
