Canadian Goose Weathervanes, Alternate Designs
A “Sentinel Bird” is one that keeps a watchful eye as other birds in its group eat, bath or sleep. It is responsible for sounding an alarm if danger occurs. It is characterized by an alert expression and vigilant pose. The customer who originally commissioned this Canada Goose weathervane requested their bird be depicted in this pose. They put their “Sentinel” on top of their home so it could oversee and protect the “flock” residing within.
In addition to our Sentinel Canada Goose, we also offer a Flying Canada Goose weathervane. I’ve also included some alternative gilding options I did for our Flying Canada Goose weathervane design. We could certainly do variations on either of these gilding alternatives for the Sentinel Canada Goose. At the time you call, we will provide you with an estimated completion date.
At the time the order is placed, a deposit of 1/3 is due. Upon receipt of the deposit, time will be reserved in our schedule. The balance is due when the weather vane has been completed and prior to shipping. Deposits can be made with Visa, MasterCard or check.
All West Coast Weather Vanes are custom made for the person who orders them.
