This copper scary cat weathervane makes a distinctive and unforgettable impression when viewed up on a rooftop! The weathervane is typically made in copper with translucent glass eyes. It can be made with an optional collar and gold leafed teeth, whiskers and collar. Customers can provide photographs of their cat for a customized weather vane! Glass eye color can be selected to accommodate a variety of cat's eye colors.
The cat weather vane featured here was made with optional gold leafed teeth and red translucent glass eyes. To complement the cat sculpture and the cat’s red eyes, the customer opted for optional red glass globes instead of the more traditional copper globes.

Its closest pre-domesticated ancestor is believed to be the African wild cat, Felis silvestris lybica.[Humans have developed several dozens breeds of cat, in a variety of colors. Cats have lived in close association with humans for at least 9,500 years. Legends and myths about the cat exist in many cultures, from the ancient Egyptians and Chinese to the Vikings. They have been both revered and vilified by different cultures.

At the time the order is placed, a deposit of 1/3 is due. Upon receipt of the deposit, time will be reserved in our schedule. The balance is due when the weather vane has been completed and prior to shipping. Deposits can be made with Visa, MasterCard or check.
