The Running Stallion weathervane is intended to capture the fluid grace of a warm blood in motion. We used to gold leaf to match the markings on the horse’s face and socks. Because we make each weathervane sculpture piece to individual order, we can further personalize this weathervane by gender and/or markings. If you would like to send us a photo of your horse, we can modify the design as we make it to literally turn it into a portrait weathervane! The stallion shown above was made in copper with optional gold leaf details on it's "socks". We also make a dynamic Rearing Stallion Horse Weathervane as well as a Running Horse Weathervane.

They usually have a thicker, "cresty" neck compared to mares and geldings, as well as a more muscular physique and a fiery temperament and are especially popular for upper level dressage work, as well as show jumping.

At the time you call, we will provide you with an estimated completion date.
At the time the order is placed, a deposit of 1/3 is due. Upon receipt of the deposit, time will be reserved in our schedule. The balance is due when the weather vane has been completed and prior to shipping. Deposits can be made with Visa, MasterCard or check.
