Hours of Operation:
Our official studio hours are Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm, but we are usually here earlier or later than our posted hours and are often available on the weekends as well, because our studio is located on the same property as our residence.  Please feel free to give us a call anytime. If you miss us, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Our studio is open by appointment only. We do not have an official showroom but usually have a number of work-in-progress weathervanes on hand as well as completed weathervanes preparing to leave for their new homes. If your visit is on a weekday, our master artisans are always happy to show you what they are working on.

Customer Service

Generally speaking, when you call us you’ll either talk to Susanne, our office manager, or LizAnne Jensen, co-owner and designer. Either of us can assist you with most of your questions.

Because each weathervane is made to individual order, we normally recommend that you place your order by phone. There is nothing like a conversation to get clear on the details concerning your new weathervane and its installation. It usually takes between 10–15 minutes to place an order.

Sometimes if you have an unusual installation situation, we’ll put Ken Jensen, co-owner, fabricator, and general ‘get it done right’ guy, on the phone to help brainstorm a custom solution.
