This adorable Petit Basset Griffon Vendéen Weathervane is a portrait piece. Our customer sent us pictures of their very distinctive PBGV dog for us to work with him in creating the design. We sent them examples of our existing dog weathervanes in show configuration, playbow, and running stance. A trotting pose was chosen for its active depiction of their dog’s personality.
The final selections included a collar and tag with inscription included and optional gold and palladium leaf. They also chose glass eye color at the time of their order.
