This exclusive Buzzy Hornet Logo Weathervane was commissioned by Shenandoah University to top their new dormitory. They chose to keep this piece exclusive in expectation of ordering others for future buildings as they expand. Using a weather vane as a logo has deep historical precedence. When metal weathervanes became possible for the merchant class, they were used widely to help customers find their place of business or institution.

We have created weather vanes for dentists, daycare centers, architectural firms, museums, colleges, sports franchises, golf courses, and a bourbon distillery, among others. We would love to work with you to create your business logo or theme in a handcrafted weathervane!
