Our loon weather vanes are very popular with customers around the Great Lakes and other waterways of the Northern Hemisphere. Once you’ve experienced this charming and beautiful bird of prehistoric origin, and akin to the penguin, you have to love them and their haunting call.

Here we are featuring  the copper Loon Weather Vane with fledging chick, and a second version Loon Weathervane with Fledging Chick and Pickerel Weed.

In both the parent loon has custom made glass eyes that are available in nice range of colors. They give it a very life like appearance! The gold leafed details on the parent loon are included in the price. The chick is copper. The chick in the image with the Pickerel Weed has optional gold leafing applied.

If you have a version of this lovely vane you would like to create, we would be happy to work with you.
