Our Lone Cypress Weathervane, Cupressus macrocarpa, has a beautiful and effective shape for viewing from a distance. It is particularly effective when selecting optional gold leaf on the trunks and branches, as pictured here. It is constructed in swell bodied, mirror image style, and has careful texturing of the foliage, trunks, and hillock on which it stands. Our artisans have developed many special and personalized hammers to be able to create a vast array of textures, such as feathers, flowers, cloth, and ocean waves.

Our customers for the vane pictured also requested the inscription ‘Its All Downhill From Here’, and the inclusion of ‘Lucky Pennies’ from years that are important to their family.

Or perhaps you have another tree in mind. If you don’t find what you are looking for here, do call. Custom weathervanes are what we do.
